Jonathan Leach

has worked on a range of developments and refurbishment projects throughout the south east from government property management, retail and commercial buildings, including hotel and public houses to industrial and conservation of listed buildings.

Mike Lilford

is a chartered surveyor who studied with Jonathan in the late 70`s he went on to work for Drivers Jonas, he became a director of Walker Packmen and managed the building consultancy department before he formed his own practice, he has a wealth of experience in rights of light, party wall matters and building surveys.

John Kettle

is a chartered structural and civil engineer and has a masters degree in management; he has worked with Jonathan for over 20 years on a host of projects from conservation to new build, he deals with foundation design, steel frames, timber frame, ground conditions, structural failure, roads bridges and culverts.

Adam Jowitt

has a BTEC Diploma in construction and HNC in construction form Kent university he worked for Mc Gregor Architects Ltd before joining Jonathan Leach Associates Ltd where he provides Auto Cad services on a variety of industrial commercial and domestic projects,he will commence his degree in 2010.

Richard Bayliss

provides a valuable Auto Cad service which includes two and three dimensional plans, he has a sharp eye for detail and can provide an as built scheme on paper which gives our clients a fully detailed production plan of the finished project at the design stage.
